Opening
Grand Opening Celebration
Demonstrations, a 100 Kick Challenge, free trial classes and a chance to meet Master Suarez.
For parents
Taekwondo builds more than kicks. Here is what your child will gain, how we keep classes safe, and what to expect on the first visit.
Kids learn to stand tall, set boundaries, use their voice and stay calm under pressure. Anti-bullying workshops are part of our community program.
Every adult is SafeSport trained and background checked, and classes are always in view of parents.
Focus, respect and self-control learned on the mat carry over to homework, the classroom and home.
Your first visit
Choose a free intro class that fits your schedule.
Complete the waiver and emergency information and meet the instructor.
Your child trains with students at the same age and level while you watch.
Talk with Master Suarez about goals and the right class, with no pressure.
Safety first

Sparring is introduced step by step, with controlled partner drills matched by age and rank, proper protective gear and close supervision.
Students test when they meet the requirements for their rank: forms, one-step sparring, board breaking, fitness and Korean terms. Master Suarez lets each family know when a student is ready.
Classes are taught in English and Spanish, so the whole family feels at home.
